I thought I would drop you a line to give you some feedback on our beautiful trip to the Cayman. As you might expect, the Hyatt was first class. The service was exceptional … The hotel is very, very nice. The food at the cafe was great, and the proximity to town was good …
Red Sail handled the sailing dinner trip and it was GREAT! everyone had a great time and the personnel were fabulous. The food was great, the sailing exceptional, and the boat was most impressive. I would absolutely do that again. Transportation to and from the hotel was very nice. There were clean new vehicles (which is unusual for these island vacations) with drivers that were very nice and quite helpful.
Cayman is a beautiful island. The weather and all arrangements that you made were in perfect cooperation. The trip could not have been better. There were enough things to do for everyone (for non-beach people the golf, shopping, etc. kept occupied), so each person got their own quiet time, as well as the opportunity for group activities.

I truly appreciate all of your efforts to make the transportation for the African delegates run so smoothly. We were very pleased with all of the limousine and bus arrangements.
Your flexibility for all of the last minute changes and the advice that you gave on the best way to handle transportation arrangements was greatly appreciated by everyone involved in our event. We received many compliments from delegates, especially with regard to the limousine transfers.
