Red Sail handled the sailing dinner trip and it was GREAT! everyone had a great time and the personnel were fabulous. The food was great, the sailing exceptional, and the boat was most impressive. I would absolutely do that again. Transportation to and from the hotel was very nice. There were clean new vehicles (which is unusual for these island vacations) with drivers that were very nice and quite helpful.
Cayman is a beautiful island. The weather and all arrangements that you made were in perfect cooperation. The trip could not have been better. There were enough things to do for everyone (for non-beach people the golf, shopping, etc. kept occupied), so each person got their own quiet time, as well as the opportunity for group activities.
